Meetings & Dues

In accordance with the By-Laws, a regular member is also a member of APA National. An associate member is a member of the SEPAC but is not an APA National member. A corporate member is one of three or more members from the same organization at the same company address; one of them must be a National member of APA. A potential member may attend one meeting without joining the chapter. Dues must be paid prior to attending another chapter meeting, despite the length of time between meetings. By paying dues and joining the chapter, you become an active, voting member of the chapter.

One of the greatest benefits of being a chapter member is the professional status you will maintain through this organization. The chapter provides a source of professional interaction, involvement, and a place to share ideas and techniques.

Currently, the SEPAC meetings include dinner and an educational speaker. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the second month of each quarter; February, May, August and November at the Sheraton Park Ridge Hotel at 480 N. Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA.

See our calendar for a list of upcoming meetings.

The membership fee to join the SEPAC is $20.00 for regular members, $25.00 for associate members and $50.00 for corporate members. Membership fees are due by the first quarterly meeting each year. For new members joining the chapter after the first quarterly meeting (February) receive a reduction of $5.00 per quarter in membership dues. For example, join the chapter in May, a new regular member would pay a $15.00 membership fee, an associate member would pay $20.00. If the person was joining in August, the regular member would pay $10.00 while the associate member would pay $15.00.
