Meet the Board Members for 2000-2001
PRESIDENT
Hi, I am Connie J. Connor, CPP. I am the Payroll/Accounts Receivable Coordinator for the National Board of Medical Examiners in Philadelphia.

As President of the SEPAC, it is my job to: oversee all the happenings within the chapter; the scheduling and direction of Board meetings; preparing the agenda for all chapter meetings, including obtaining an educational speaker for each chapter meeting.

To maintain my position as Chapter President, I must remain a member in good standing. I have an open door policy with my board members. As a group, we work very well together and have kept the SEPAC one of the most active chapters in the APA.

In addition to my responsibilities on the local level, Nationally, I serve on the Certification Board and the Hotline Referal Committee. As a member of the Certification Board, it is my responsibility to select and edit exam questions as well as to assure accuracy and confidentiality of the CPP exam.
CHAPTER COORDINATOR
Hi, I am Marilyn Jacobson, CPP. I am the Assistant Treasurer - Accounting Services for Harleysville Insurance Companies in Harleysville.


In my role as Chapter Coordinator for the SEPAC of the APA, my duties include: acting as chairperson of the Publicity Committee; maintaining contact with the National office of the APA; maintaining a membership data base and a resume file of chapter members; communicating with potential employers and chapter members concerning current employment opportunities; preparing the quarterly newsletter and coordinating logistics for chapter meetings.

To maintain my position as Chapter Coordinator, I must remain a member in good standing.
SECRETARY
Hi I am Gladys Feher. I am the Payroll Supervisor for Lutron Electronics in Coopersberg.

As Secretary of the SEPAC of the APA, my duties include: recording minutes of all chapter and Board meetings; handle all chapter correspondence, including meeting notifications, confirmations, and thank you notes to all speakers.

To maintain my position as Chapter Secretary, I must remain a member in good standing.
TREASURER
Hi, I am Kenneth Krum, CPP. I am the Payroll Supervisor for KidsPeace, The National Center for Kids Overcoming Crisis in Orefield, PA.

As Treasurer of the SEPAC of the APA, my duties include: acting as Chairperson of the membership committee; collecting all fees associated with the chapter; maintain the chapter checking account.

To maintain my position as Chapter Treasurer, I must remain a member in good standing. In addition to my responsibilities on the local level, Nationally, as an appointed member of APA's Board of Advisors, I serve as the regional advisor to local chapters in DE, NJ, OH, PA and WV and serve on APA's Hotline Referral Committee.
GOVERNMENT LIAISON
Hi, I am John Ganse, CPP. I am a Payroll Consultant.

As Government Liaison of the SEPAC, it is my job to maintain communication with APA National on all government changes affecting payroll and to then relay such information to all chapter members.

To maintain my position as Government Liaison, I must remain a member in good standing.
