Application for Bonding/Band

If you are a Warrior and have completed ten quests (including your Dragonquest) you are eligible to (a) Bond with a Dragon or (b) obtain a warband. To do either, submit this application to your BOD.

*Which type of Dragon do you want?
A true Dumnonian Bronze is available to full-blood Dumnonians only. A permanently Shifted Dumnonian Bronze started life as something else, but is a Bronze now; may Bond with non-Dumnonians, but may not serve in a century. To get a Mutant Dragon, you can backdate your character to 9.04.1997 D.C., when the White Wolf enabled thousands of mutants to Bond with Riders after a Battle of Wizards between Shane of Corin and Miranda caused the mutants to hatch all over Daethia, Rashtar and the Great Woods. A limited number of Mutants, who have hatched in Dumnonia since then, are available for regular Bonding. No other Mutants are possible.

Section B: Warband

If you give up your right to Bond with a Dragon, you may receive a warband that has been selected for you by the Dragonking.

If you want a BOD member to do it, you're done. Submit the form. A BOD member will send you basic NPC sheets with some of the required fields filled in. You will be responsible for completing the sheets and adding any necessary kits before your warband can be approved. If you want to generate the warband yourself, continue.

*How large is your warband?:

Roll four (4) six-sided dice. This will give you a number between 4 and 24. That's the size of your warband.

*Who is in your warband?:

You may have existing NPCs or even other players' personae as part of your warband, up to the number of members that you generated in the previous question. Or you may write up new NPC sheets for the needed number of characters, based on the charts below this form.

Profession

  2. Guilder-type of choice (Roll one d6: 1-5 Apprentice, 6 Journeyman; Limit one journeyman per Guild per caravan; all others are Apprentices)
  3. Wizard (One of Mage level; all others of Apprentice level.)
  4. Other occupation of your choice, non-status rank.
  5. Priest/Priestess, choice of religion, but all clerics in the same warband must belong to the same religion (One of Deacon level; all others of Acolyte/Initiate level)
  6. Warrior (Roll one d6: 1-4 Fighter level; 5-6 Raider level)
