Shawn's Kugel Recipes:
We have a blended family with 6 children. Wendy and I don't have a whole lot of time with our busy schedules, but we do enjoy good food and company .The recipes below are relative quick and produce good results.Kugel:
Ingredients:
Add broth and egg yolks (well beaten to Asher Boro - in a reggae style) to the noodles; mix in egg whites. Season and dance a quick hora around the kitchen. Add apricots and raisins and warm oven to 350. Grease pan while singing "It had to be you". Add ingredients to the pan and place in the oven. Call all family members and dance to horas on your favorite CD (hopefully Shawn's Kugel) After 20-30 minutes of working up a shvitz, your kugel is ready to be served.
