Trail Overview
The Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail spans 289 miles of the very beautiful and rugged landscapes of the Daniel Boone National Forest in East-Central Kentucky. Begining near Pickett State Park in Tennessee, and ending about 15 miles north of Morehead Kentucky it spans the entire length of the Daniel Boone National Forest from south to north.
