The 2 primary highways to access the Sipsey Wilderness are State Highway 195 and State Highway 33, via Winston County Highway 60/Lawrence County 6 (Cranal Road). There is a nice day-use picnic area with hiking trails where Co. Hwy. 60/6 crosses the Sipsey River. Another popular scenic area is Kinlock Falls, which the gravel road passes enroute to the wilderness area.
