These are my sources along with my own memory and that of others.  None of the items under books are "linked" to a website or a store.  The underlining is a standard way to denote the title of a book.  I encourage you to patronize a local bookstore that you cherish and want to see stick around. They'll be happy to order these books if they don't have them, really!
