Bob and Bonnie of Madison, Wisconsin are a wonderful couple who have written a book of nice things a man and woman can do for each other. They playfully entitle the book Help for the Romantically Impaired.

Bob Hall (Robert A. Hall) is one of the authors of Chicken Soup for the Veteran's Soul. His very moving contribution is called "The Cub Scout" and it is in the section called "Honoring Those Who Served."  His biography is in the back of the book.  He is a Marine Vietnam Veteran and served as a Massachusetts State Senator for five terms.
