HANDFED Lovebird Parrots & HANDFED Budgerigars / Parakeets.
I'm not aware of what your current situation is, but are owning parrots truly your cup of tea?  Lovebirds are not the most diffcult species to own as a pet, but they are still a responsibility.

As a breeder I stand behind my name offering the fundamentals of what every breeder SHOULD sell their birds with.  However, not every breeder goes to the extremes in which I do.  These essentials that I offer include the bird in the following states and with the added bonuses:

-Hatch certificate including date of hatch, approximiate time, and pictures of the moments after the hatch is completed.
-Leg banded chicks using bands from the American Federation of Aviculture.
-At least 5 photos that show YOUR baby developing through the developing stages.  (I happen to be a photo fanatic.  I have been told I don't know when enough is enough with my camera.)
-Documented progress reports of your chick as he/she has stayed in my facility.  Baby birds must gain weight every day.  I'll show and give all the documented paper work I need to prove that any bird leaving is leaving stable and is able to eat on it's on.
-Access to freely contact my Avian Veternarian.

These are all precautions that must be taken with any bird purchased at any facility.
Birds I've Raised in the Past
This bird is currently with his owner in Piscataway, NJ who named him "Fruit Loop." I raised him in 2003.
This little bird's names are "Roo" (when he sticks his head out of his owners shirt pocket), and "Happy" (any other time). He is also the sibling of Fruit Loop. His owners, my relatives, live in Paramus, NJ.  Unfortunately he died in a terrible accident.  He will be forever missed.  ***This photo has appeared in the Spring issue (2004) of the African Parrot Society's, "African Ark" under my column on Lovebirds.
Another chick-a-dee I have raised in 2003.
**Look out for my articles in the African Ark by the African Parrot Society.

I raised this little brat last year.  I'm just kidding.  He is so not a brat.  In fact, he has the best personality of all the other birds that I raised last year.  He was so sweet and charming.  Unfortunately, I cannot get in touch with his owners. I loved this bird.
