Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, we will gladly replace the product or refund your money according to our return policy.
Treats and T-shirts: If you are not satisfied with a treat or t-shirt you purchased from us, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please include the reason for return. We will replace the item or refund your money (less shipping, if applicable). No returns accepted after 30 days!
Catering: If you are not satisfied with products or services you received for a catering order, please notify us within 2 days after the event. We will refund or replace the products you were not satisfied with. There is no refund on the delivery charge. No refunds will be given if we are not notified within 2 days after the event.
Video: We offer home video of your dog, not professional video. However, if you are not satisfied with your DVD, please notify us within 2 days of purchasing it. The set-up fee is not refundable. However, you can return the DVD and we will refund the minutes you paid for if you are not satisfied. No refunds will be given on DVDs if we are not notified within 2 days after purchase.
Training: If you are not satisfied with the training, we will refund up to 4 hours at $8 per hour.
Photos: We do not give refunds on photos, however you are not obligated to purchase them. When you pick up your photos, please inspect them carefully before purchasing them. If you are not satisfied with them, you do not have to buy them. The sitting fee is non-refundable.
