YOU ARE INVITED
to experience the friendly charm and excitement of the San Leon
Sailing Club. Our year-around activities offer fun for the whole
family. You can share experiences and visit with boaters who have
been through the same problems and thrills as you have in boating,
whether you enjoy sailing, power boating or both. You don't even
have to own a boat! We're always looking for a few good crew folks
and deckhands.
The advantages
of membership in the SLSC are:
MONTHLY GET-TOGETHERS
Each month we've scheduled a potluck or catered dinner meeting
or programs of interest to all recreational boaters. Check out

CRUISING FOR EVERYONE Day,
overnight, weekend and long voyage cruise opportunities feature
cookouts, potlucks, and other group/social activities at the destinations.
HOLIDAY BOAT PARADE SLSC
sponsors entries in the annual Clear Lake Christmas Boat Parade,
the annual tradition in Kemah-Seabrook.
SEMINARS Workshops
are offered on boating skills and educational safety at sea procedures.
DECEMBER BANQUET This
is SLSC's annual Change of Command Dinner with presentation of
honors and special service awards.
COMING EVENTS Are
publicized in the SCUTTLEBUTT our monthly newsletter and on our
web page. We invite you to be our guest at our next activity.
