Hades Caving Club is a small but very active caving club with regular trips and expeditions both locally and abroad
The club started in 1974 for workers at Rolls Royce and British Aerospace in Filton Bristol. Today although there are still a few members that work at one of those two places,the majority of members have no connection. The members of the club cave in all parts of Britain including South Wales, Mendips and Yorkshire. There is normally a trip to Ireland each year and normally one big trip abroad. Members of the club have caved all over the world including many of the great classics. Its members are actively involved in all aspect of caving from exploration and research to caving purely for social reasons.
