Creating Reality Part One

So many words have come forth about creating your own reality, from many teachers and students of these teachers. There is much misunderstanding with this concept. Many do not understand all the ramifications of this simple phrase.

In stating that most live in a viewed separation of Self that does not allow them to see all the mechanics, using this word, [for it is not really mechanics] they do not find the guidance from the whole of self that it may appear to be. Using many terms of higher self versus lower self, one runs into the separation inherent in the language.

Now you find all good teachers guide you to finding your "parts" and blending into the whole, so to speak. They continually explain to trust ones self and to move in spontaneous impulse within the whole of self. In this separation of the outer/objective view and the inner/subjective view, many have a distorted view of creating reality. They view it from the outer without really fully considering the inner and that input into the creation,

This is the area that all things are created, the inner. The outer experiences these creations and as it blends with the inner have ever more input into the creations experienced. It seems to many that the creating is outside them selves when viewing experience from one side of the window, so to speak.

In this blending one finds ever more of the energy behind creating and the ease of moving into any experience with less trauma with them selves and all others drawn into the energy of their creations.

Creating Reality 2

CONTINUING. As you know, all is energy. Many have informed you also of this. In your view of these types of exchanges you have many questions arising that deal in the words and languages used. Each tries to impart the information with the least distortions, Yet as you also know, the information must come through the individual sub consciousness, using this term you understand. This allows for some restrictions in use of 
language. Concepts are open to many interpretations thus.In viewing the questions of terms that you have, there is allowance for likeness in various terms. There is also allowance for opposite in using terms.

In creating reality, others have named an area acceptance or no judgment. This area allows for the flow of energy without or with less conflict in beliefs. This allows for what we may call smoother creating. There are no limits to self. So in lessening the conflict's one can alter the reality and energy with ease. In terms called your 
effortlessness.
Now you realize that feeling the energy behind your creations, behind your beliefs, so to speak, are moving into this area of no expectation. It is the flow of no judgment. Yet teachers have also used this term as the action and desire of consciousness.

We have used the term of blending in the same manner. To move your objective and subjective focus or attention . . . senses together into the flow of energy that makes the desired creation effortlessness. You are also aware of the 
phrase 'you are trying too hard'. This is the overworking or pushing of your concentration into conflicts and duplicity. We may call this duality, as you are familiar viewing good vs. bad in your present society.We wish to present this information in different terms to help you in recognizing the energy behind these types of information. Yet we will hold to many like terms that you will not confuse so easily.

Basic Reality is energy. Energy is constantly moving toward fulfillment. In this fulfillment you find creativity. The mechanics of creating are letting the energy flow without conflict. This brings you the quickest, in your terms, manifestation of experience in the creations. We wish to repeat here that beliefs, ideas, thoughts are energy and 
move to manifest , whether in the physical or another dimension that may escape your strictly objective notice.

We hope to assist in your moving into using the whole of self , as a term, using all the senses in a flow and blending that is natural to Basic Reality. This energy we move in has great affection you may feel as love. This term many avoid for the beliefs of what this basic truth is or may be to many.

We hope that with this information and exchange , you feel the energy behind it, so to speak. It is a cooperative effort of what you may term as different essences, focuses and personalities. We hope this exchange brings you into the flow, as we call it.

Creating Reality 3

TO CONTINUE; We have been giving the outline of Basic Reality in terms that may vary some from previous Teachers. We go on with this as a beginning, in your terms, as others have also done. Basic Reality is moving in the energy that is seemingly behind all creation, all consciousness, as we have suggested.

In forming material or matter in your physical world, you find the seemingly solid reflection of this energy. In using terms, your expectations will form this energy into material or other forms viewed as density or solid. Others have 
related that emotions and feelings behind your beliefs will create your reality and this is so. Others have pointed to view your beliefs without expectations yet this is a difference in the semantics or terminology conveyed.

In our use of expectation, it is in the effortlessness beyond desire. Your feelings carry to desire and move in combination to this expectation. This is an area of non judgment yet it contains Knowing. It is an area of Being that move in the whole of self.

Your inner senses align with your feelings and emotions and move through in thought. Ideas form and move in the energy of consciousness into your physical perceptions. Moving in many levels, so to speak, of consciousness. Yet there is no separation of consciousness. What many views as hidden are only behind the accepted cognizance. In slight turns of consciousness, you will find consciousness extends into amazing depths or widths, yet in no 
measurement of your terms.

We wish to inform you to view the energy behind your feelings and emotions, to recognize the thoughts and feelings that move in moment to moment, as you are creating in each moment. View this "world" behind your physical world and you have appended your universe and self. Any that wish to move into abilities of self, in any manner, may do so with the ease of this.

Feeling the spacious now or present now, you may begin to move into the realizing of self that brings this effortlessness in creating. This expectation is the energy that will move into this effortlessness. Remembering this is in non judgment.

Many moving in expectation view from duality which places their creations in a precarious position of cycles. Moving in this duality or viewing as good or bad will result in creating many things viewed as unwanted in this cycle.It is this non judging expectation that will create smoothly and flowingly in your desire and cooperation within consciousness.
