Robert L. Platt "Bob" lives and works in Maine, USA. He comes from a family of artist and artisans,
His mother is a painter-sculptress, and his father was a wood worker and cabinet maker. Bob, being good with his hands, built his home on Little Deer Isle. He has had many shows of his art work throughout Maine. Other interests are sailing, tinkering with boats, and being part of the down east fabric. This is his first book and, in part, is a self portrait as a child.
