Reaction over Disagreement- 4/12/98

Today we received this transmission from the Brakiri Emporer Pete Mitchel stating the Brakiri's position in the conflict.

"Effective immediately, the Brakiri Alliance is giving full support to the Empire of Xon. I urge all of the other members of the Tri-Sector Alliance to do the same. This kind of action can not be tolerated. We have to let the Thrakalleans, and the rest of the galaxy, know that when you make a deal with the TSA, you fulfill it even if it kills you in the process. The Thrakalleans are still able to explore my sector, but for 80,000 credits cash, not a trade route."

ISN beleives this statement will lead to all the races in the Tri-Sector Alliance (TSA) to join the Brakiri as the Brakiri have considerable influence in the TSA.

We also received a transmission direct from the Tuchanq Emporer, Vek'Nak;

"The Tuchanq Imperium supports the Xon Empire in this situation...The Thrakallens actions of defiance are not be taken lightly and I urge other alliance members to take similiar action."

We Have also been sent this statement from Cairn Davagia the Emporer of the Centauri Republic;

"The Centauri Republic honours the decision of the other members of the Tri-Sector Alliance and offers effective immediately unconditional support to the Xon Empire. It is important that a stand is made now before this gets out of hand. I have also lost money in this deal lets not forget that. I do want to avoid war but if the Tri-Sector Alliance votes to enter one I will support. I still believe that if time is given and everyone calms down a little bit there is a peaceful avenue out of this tension.."

These further statements from other members of the TSA states the TSA has considerable support for fellow member the Xonian Triad lead by Emporer Thrawn.
