- Hire and train staff necessary to operate the association
- Maintain a fleet of 50 sailboats, and 5 power boats.
- Write curriculum for all programs. Basic through advanced.
- Maintain student and employee records.

- is what I do and teach. I am PSIA level 2 certified, and teach at Ragged Mountain in Danbury New Hampshire, and Yawgoo Valley Ski Area in Exeter Rhode Island.
- SNOW-MAKING
- My Son Eric and I just LOVE SNOW. Together we developed a home-made snow-maker. We cover our front yard with beautiful white snow all winter long.
- SAILING
- I have owned a J/24 since 1979, and have actively raced it all over the east cost.
- WOODWORKING
- My workshop is my favorite hideaway. It's where I built my airplane, and many other projects of wood and more.
