Access using the secure SFTP, for uploading files to FTP storage space, has not been working for a while now. 2. The .eml forwarding from cgi-bin, has not worked or has been intermittent since November 2007. 3. There seem to be a lot of new accounts in AIM and even AOL members who create a new screen name, where the free FTP storage is not being allocated for that new screen name. Without the correct AOL storage available, it is not possible to make and save an AOL Easy Designer web page. ============== As it is just impossible to get any answers from AOL. Until they repair whatever the particular server software problems are, there is no action or resolve that can be suggested for the three items mentioned above. It may be necessary to enable 'Cookies' before launching the AOL browser. Below should show a build > NUMBER or NOT detected. Top grey display shows any current active Microsoft VM Build number. Lower pink display shows relevant Version number of Sun Java or VM. Test results display in two oblong boxes ^ ^ ABOVE HERE ^ ^ Please wait for check to complete, may take 10 seconds. Only use an Internet Explorer based browser for test. Top test was originally for VM. If the word NOT is seen in display, this indicates SUN JAVA most likely operating as the primary active java. This test can also be used to indicate a Java problem. If NO boxes show or If NOTHING in the form of written text, is displayed in the oblong boxes or a very small coloured square is seen to the far left within the grey oblong. Then it is very likely that no Java of any kind is active on the computer, java may be disabled in settings or an installed Sun Java could be corrupt. The test is only a guide, odd results may appear on different computer set-ups.
