About This Book

This book is published in this venue for three reasons:

You would rather accept the inconvenience of access via "the Web" than wait until next year (or the year after that) to have this information.
If you could buy this information from one of the various vendors you would readily spend two or three times the asking price for one of their present booklets, so you'll happily "chip in" to my Council's Friends Of Scouting (FOS).
You believe in the part of the Scout Law that says "A Scout is Trustworthy", and would not try to justify less honorable actions by saying "A Scout is Thrifty."
