Example Orders

These are some examples of orders which are in format i like to receive them, it is not compulsorary to do them in this way but would be helpful.

ORDERING ITEMS:

item = price

item = price

2 X item = price

total = total price

example:

2 research labs (homeworld) = 60,000

2 workshops (colony 1) = 60,000

                               total = 120,000

ATTACK ORDERS:

In your orders i need:

* the exact ships you are sending

* battle tactics

* some names of some charactors

* under what circumstances you would retreat

* do you accept surrenders

* what you want to do if successful

* speeches you might want added. (optional)

I need all those things from all of the attacking parties, and it can be easier if once told you are under attack you send defensive orders in same fashion.

TRADE ROUTES:

Please make sure the other person agrees to the route before sending the mails, do not just send a order for a trade route with someone on the hope that they might agree. this just wastes my time looking for confirmations that aren't there.

Please put in the subject for a trade route mail as something appropriate, i get too many which just say trade route and re: trade route, and it makes it hard to locate the relevant mail.

for example: Trade route (Drahk/Markhab)

and re: Trade route (Drahk/ Markhab)

would be good subjects and easy to see.

SCOUTSHIP ORDERS:

please only send orders for each scoutship to get 1 scan from 1 location per week. unless you have scout colonies aiding the speed of them.

SHIP MOVEMENTS:

Please state where the ships are exactly, and where you want to move them from.

ie. Move 7 Advanced heavy war cruisers from homeworld to colony 1.

RESEARCH ORDERS:

please give me the prioritisation of the options you have and wish to be researched.

GENERAL:

please if possible send all your orders in 1 mail with different sections for purchases, exploration movements, other ship movements and other items.  rather than lots of little orders.

Al lot of players also give me a hard time by cancelling orders, then redoing them then cancelling them again etc.. and never making up their mind. this really annoys me.

thank you for reading, hopefully this will improve the quality of orders i get and then reduce time it takes me to process them.
