Deneth Statement on Attack

Greetings,

This is the Deneth Leader. We have been here thinking about this attack for a while. It was not ordered by us and was not reported to us. We did not give any order or received any report, there for we think this was a set up by the Dilgar. We think that the dilgar did send spies to Deneth to take designs, steal other information, and paint the the words "The Dilgar are coming."

Now, we believe that we were set up by the Dilgar. Stealing ship designs with their spies they build some of the our light fighters and sent them to sector 160. Then right as the ships were coming he attacked with the fighters of our design that he built. Now didn't you all notice something in that battle that was find of weird ... those 50 fighters didn't talk ... now you all know me, I would have them yelling at the Dilgar, but there was no talking ... silence. This just furthers my point. Now I know this is just a lot of BS to some of you without proof, so I will give you some.

• Number One - There is no speech by the fighters

• Number Two - I dont have 50 Light Fighters, never did. I guess he just assumed I did.

• Number Three - I received no report telling me there were any ships in my sector, or that they were asking for clearance to attack. I also didn't order any attack, why would I? I just made peace with him.

• Number Four - I have proof that he sent in spies ... here is a piece of an IM ...

• CmdrLenton: I'll even tell you what the 5 spies I sent did if it will prove my point.

As you can see, he admits that he did have spies sent to my planet. Now this alone is an act of War on his part.

• Number Five - He has tried to set someone up before. If you all remember when he tried to send "2 ambassadors" to Babylon 5 on a personnel ship.

• Number Six - Just 1 day before he attack with our fighter design, he sends a Statement telling everyone that he didn't do those things, and that he is the victim, and that I was threatening him. How convenient for him, isn't it? I dont even talk to him anymore. Sometimes he would IM me saying something immature and stupid and I wouldn't send anything back. I have not made a threat against him in about 3 months, when we were at War.

• Number Seven - The Dilgar ships and the fighters both had the same moral rating. But if those were our ships, they would have a moral less because of the spy on out planet.

We believe that this just shows that the Dilgar are not to be trusted. I believe that this evidence will show that I am innocent of these crimes. And I ask one thing, was it worth it Lenton? Sending your own men to die to try and set me up? You were talking about the families of the men who died, what are you going to tell them? That they died in a plot thought up by you and their lives were wasted?
