POLICE STATION

The police station, requires you previously have built a Police HQ on the Homeowlrd or civilian colony on which you build it, it can hold 50 police officers who patrol the world and aprehend criminals, and then can arrest them and send them to the courthouse for trial.  From there they can be sent to prison, if there is room, if not they are released back into community.

The lock up of criminals is very positive among the general public, and also limits sabotage on the world. It can boost public morale and Emporer approval ratings, however if ther isn't room in prison for a criminal after trial, he/she will be allowed back into the community which has a negative effect on all of the above.
