VESTRY
The vestry is like the board of directors of a
corporation. They are elected to serve three year terms with four elected
every year at the annual meeting. The Rector's Warden (appointed from the 12 by
the Rector) acts like the chairman of the board. The Parish Warden (elected by the
12) is primarily responsible for the upkeep of the physical property.
Each member serves as chairman or cochairman of various committees
for a year at a time.
