Personal Mission Statement for Randal L. Struckus
Every day I look forward to getting up and meeting new people and helping them fulfill their dreams. I also enjoy serving those I have worked with in the past and those with whom I am presently working.
My goal is to continuously serve others; not just to "work with them for the time being," as other real estate agents do. I'm here for the long run -- for life!
I put other people's interests first, rather than just "looking out for myself," because I know that if I go the extra distance to do right by others, then I know that others will think of me when they think of real estate and as a result, my real estate practice will grow.
I have a deep respect for those who count on me to help them achieve their goals, no matter what their goals may be. I always think of how I would feel in their situation and I also consider what I would want from my real estate agent when I am working with them.
I have integrity. My word and my handshake count. If I make a promise, I will deliver. At the same time, if I do not feel that I can fulfill a request, I will tell you that up front.
I allow my clients to help me unconditionally! Their suggestions and ideas will help me become more successful in helping others. I appreciate their recommendations as well as their constructive criticism, because that type of feedback is the only way in which I will learn from them and grow as a result of working with them.
In turn, I will thus think of myself as a Super Servant. That is, I will continually enrich and provide advantage to others. For those who choose to work with me in this manner, I will be Your Personal Real Estate Agent -- For Life.
