Sunday Morning Poetry Group, INTRO and INFO
Welcome to our Sunday Morning Poetry Group pages. My name is
Kerry Cunningham and I have the honor of being facilitator of
this wonderful group. We hope that you enjoy your visit here
and will go to all of our links to get to know our members as
well as reading the week's poetry submissions. There is also
an archive link so that you may view some of the previous week's
wonderful writings.
This group originally was a senior's poetry group but over the
years we have had several join us whose age does not qualify for
that respected status. So if you are intersted in joining us
please contact adleblanc@aol.com. Submit your poems by 12 noon
central time on Sundays. Each week a new topic is posted along
with the poetry for the current week's topic. If you want to
know what the topic is for the coming week just send me an Email.
Feel free to submit more than one poem and free topics are always
welcome. Some week's we have a FREE topic and everyone writes
about whatever might interest them at the moment or maybe even
will use a previously written work to share.
The guidelines for the group are few but should you join please
do honor them: consideration and respect for other members;
discretion of content i.e. no pornography, cruelty, or
derogatory writings against any race, sex, age or religion.
We are here to share, enjoy, have fun, laughs and maybe a few
tears now and then. Once you have submitted four times, a web
page will be created for you if so desire. Upon your request I
will let you know the information needed to create your page.
