SPOKE AND WHEEL BICYCLE CLUB
                                    MEMBERSHIP

Membership dues are $10.00 per year per family.  Membership fees are due by April 1st of each year.
Spoke and Wheel members receive a monthly newsletter.

The membership application has two (2) parts.
 The first part is the Application to the Spoke and Wheel Bicycle Club.
The second part is the League of American Bicyclists Release and Waiver.


1st print the Application
(click on Application then print the screen, use the back arrow at the top left on your screen to return to the
Membership screen.)
place your newly printed Application back in your printer and print the Release and Waiver on the other side.
