MY SUPPORT
My line of support is wonderful. I belong to a Diabetic support group that I really enjoy. To subscribe to this list you send an e-mail to diabetes@world .std.com and write subscribe, diabetes in the body of the e-mail These people are down to earth everyday people. They have taught me so much about this disease.

My real support starts with my family. I don't know where I'd be without them. My husband and Mother are wonderful. Mom will drop anything any time to be with me. She goes to Doctor's apt. and to surgeries with me so my husband doesn't have to miss work.
My husband is a gift. There are not many men on this earth like him. He has been through thick and thin with me and taken over in the house keeping department when needed. He is a good caring, loving man. The only thing he won't put up with is self pity.
Here is a picture of my parents. My father Wayne Mayer is no longer with us but he watches over Mom and I in spirit. My Mom, Helen Mayer is my rock.
Then this is my family. It's a couple years old but it's all of us. The oldest boy, Ron is married with a 3 year old in Kansas. The younger two are 15 now and are in high school. Then my husband with the suspenders on. That's Chris, my love who I am eternally grateful.
You have to have a support line. I have many on-line that send jokes every day or just check in on me. NyGator is one of many to mention. Thank you everyone!!!
