The Cost of the Free Will Lie in Government
Deu 7:20,21 Moreover, Jehovah thy God will send the hornet among them, until they that are left, and they that hide themselves from thee, are destroyed. Thou shalt not be afraid of them; for Jehovah thy God is in thy midst, a God great and terrible.
Government/Politics is merely an extension of the one spiritual battle that will not end until the return of Christ. There are in truth no 'parts' to the oneness/life in Christ able to be quarantined from the rest at all, much less for any purpose. All those deceived that men have free will and choose their own beliefs, when placed in government necessarily seek a code of conduct and necessarily seek to form that code out the emotional etiquette of the fallen world as a basis and foundation for their 'common sense' . No matter the well-intendedness of such, it will never be anything but tyranny. No matter the legal framework in the Word of God of freedom laid down, a creep of tyranny will ensue (in fact has long been in progress in the United States of America) immediately when the speech of sin is the only language those in government know and are spoken through as if it were the only possible speech and 'intelligence'. In the end, such a government will become the enforcer for the worship of the etiquette of emotion of the fallen heart. This worship on a governmental level starts out as 'equality', slides into anarchy and then ends in absolute totalitarianism in flight from anarchy.
The legal framework of the constitution of the United States of America is in truth written in a mixture of the Word of God and the speech of sin.
Dan 2:42 And [as] the toes of the feet were part of iron and part of clay, the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly fragile.
Those who are deceived that men have 'free will' and that government is essentially that instrument to enforce a code of conduct founded on the best etiquette of the fallen human heart they could find will read the constitution totally in the speech of sin and actively seek to enforce their own 'free willed' interpretation of it on everyone around them 'for the good of all'. In short, they will read a new constitution out of the old. Those who have been born again as real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ will, in Christ see the truth. For they do not oppose their brothers who are blind but the sin in their brothers. Those who are blind are declared through by sin that they are not blind and that the speech of sin doesn't exist. The two cannot mix but be nothing but opposed. This confrontation will not end until the end of days.
Psa 2:9 Thou shalt break them with a sceptre of iron, as a potter's vessel thou shalt dash them in pieces.
As well, those in government who are deceived by the free will lie are at the absolute mercy of Satan on the one hand in that they are spoken through no other speech but the speech of sin. The speech of sin itself is witchcraft and sorcery and does nothing else but manipulate the fallen human heart. In the beginning of such speech, there seems to be power. But the end is death as fallen emotion fills no true need at all in reality and that in order to speak it God in Jesus Christ must be denied. But those who have been born again as real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ will rule over them in truth even on earth in government. For every response of those deceived by the free will lie can be mapped out in advance: every word spoken through them will be emotional and an emotional appeal within the fallen human heart and they will be deceived that all are as themselves. They can be lead anywhere under the pretext of adhereing and worshipping the emotional etiquette that seemed so sucessful in the beginning but was in fact a trap of Satan to destroy them.
For in the midst of thinking to do good to all, those deceived by the free will lie will never have enough money (taxes) to do all they desire to do as in truth what they worship disguises itself as good desire for their neighbor's fallen heart: sin. There will always seem to them to exist at any given moment an imperative to spend to remove an emotional weight from themselves. For having long been deceived that poverty is any dis-content and that dis-content is intelligence (sin having sent out among them such sayings as "Show me somebody who is satisfied and I'll show you a loser"...) they will forever seek any means necessary to remove the emotional burden of their neighbors lusts as well as their own. To those so deceived, money answers everything, but only for a time. After that time, the addicts to their hearts must feed again on money as the sin in them denies Christ repetitively and deceives them no other existence is possible.
Having been deceived so domestically, any international diplomacy based on the free will lie will then necessarily bleed the country dry as one poor nation after another is 'helped' in every way possible exclusive of the truth of God in Jesus Christ. Conspiracy after conspiracy will ensue that each thinks to empower as each thinks themselves to be the ultimate guarantor of their own words in such 'agreements'. Such 'peace' as is built on an assumed 'emotional intelligence' common among men (a 'lowest common denominator' ) will provoke never ending war as to do anything in sin for a emotional benefit for oneself is necessarily and unavoidably 'understood' in the fallen heart of another as being predatory. Combined with the expenditures to silence the lusts of their neighbor and the wars, the costs will be simply overwhelming.
In truth, it is a lack of true evangelism in Christ that has lead to the confrontation with Iraq and North Korea. Both of those countries persecute Christians to the extreme (a case of God allowing them to be His Word/gospel-free completely in their governments...a literal famine of His Word...)and then lust for the blessings of those countries where the truth of God is openly proclaimed in Christ as if those blessings were purely emotional or had their origin in the human heart or could be expressed in the speech of sin.
Jer 16:13 and I will cast you forth out of this land, into a land that ye know not, ye nor your fathers; and there shall ye serve other gods day and night: because I will shew you no favour.
As well, those deceived by the free will lie will forever attempt to remove the name of Jesus Christ in particular from the public arena as a whole, starting in government, the sin in them having identified the Person of Christ as an enemy to their desires in their fallenness and denial of that fallenness. While 'religion' and 'God' in general will have a more or less perfunctory presence among them a as seeming legimization of their own hearts, any active truth of Christ and especially in government will be a horror to them.
But those through whom this evil is performed are not the responsible party. It is the sin in them that deceives them daily, hour by hour. Therefore there is forgiveness in Christ in the grace of true repentance.
But God says this of those who are not so deceived but in fact are real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ:
Deu 15:6 For Jehovah thy God will bless thee, as He promised thee; and thou shalt lend on pledge to many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt rule over many nations, but they shall not rule over thee.
They will rule because God has freed them from the speech of sin and has birthed as real, literal, new creations in Jesus Christ. They are the sceptre of iron in the hand of God: the elect. They are not slaves to the emotion-speak and not even to their new hearts. But they are bondmen of God in truth and He will do all His pleasure for the good of both the wicked and the just through them in government.
The on-going struggle of Satan to destroy everything good that God has made is directly this very struggle over politics in the United States of America. His deceived ones will float from rubric to rubric, first 'liberal' then 'conservative', then 'centrist' in order to trade with the hearts of the people to stay in power for no other purpose than to fulfill their neighbors lusts. In being rejucted repetitively they will only be able to assume those who don't 'think like them' are hard-hearted evil persons as they will continually exhaust all means necessary to stay in power.
That is, the free will lie in government is the arm of sin and satan against God in the world now. Government itself, as being unable to be quarentined from the whole of life is a spiritual struggle that will not end until the return of Christ.
The on-going costs are not merely economic and are seen in the souls of the people not just the heart. But this loss of soul has its physical manifestation in the hunger of the fallen heart, a tyranny of food that is never enough though the gold and silver and greenbacks pile up to heaven.
