Sophistry in the Fallen Heart Unable to Comprehend Christ
Act 19:13-17 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

hose who are not real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ are fallen in sin. They are completely deceived that there has been no fall of man and think of themselves as being free to do as they please. From within this deception, all speech is turned to influence (though in truth there is no such thing, the term itself being of the speech of sin...) their neighbor into a particular ideal model of behavior as the supposed purpose of all speech to such persons is the mere delivery of 'information' with which to choose such models and actions within them.
As a population, those so deceived will come to be experts on the sophistry of the fallen heart as they truly are deceived that there is no other heart possible and that all good is the feeling of an emotional positive within the fallen heart. That 'x' which, if followed in supposed free will delivers such good feeling is the complete and total wisdom of men.
Actors, actresses, writers and the press whose living is predicated on reflecting and guiding that fallen wisdom perfectly, spend a lot of their lives practicing and learning the 'emotional intelligence' of the world and the fallen heart for the specific purpose that they may speak words within it in order to continually validate it and get paid by it. They are spoken through by sin in the speech of sin and know nothing but the search for more 'emotional intelligence' and the declaration of what supposedly is found. Their living/emotional merchandise is predicated on their presentation of that fallen 'wisdom' being of absolute authenticity and in the language of the fallen heart and its seeming wisdom.
That is, those of the emotional economy of the world and non-regenerate church are in sin as the absolute denial of the Word of God, the power of His Word and the real, literal new creation in Jesus Christ. An outright new heart in the new creation in Jesus Christ seems to the non-regenerate, after years of study in the heart of the world to be most un-authentic to the heart of the world and 'if true' would make of their supposed intelligence a lie. Their intelligence IS a lie. They are deceived.
Therefore any attempt by those so deceived to portray Christians is worthless and consistently a lie. It is impossible to act or write 'about' the truth of God or the real, literal, new creation in Jesus Christ as there is a degree of separation from God's Word and that new birth or Himself.
It is new birth in Jesus Christ or nothing. Therefore God say as spirit and as life:
1 Corinthians 2:12-15 But we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which [is] of God, that we may know the things which have been freely given to us of God: which also we speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, communicating spiritual [things] by spiritual [means]. But [the] natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him; and he cannot know [them] because they are spiritually discerned; but the spiritual discerns all things, and he is discerned of no one.
Without new birth in Christ they will never know the truth and merely keep on in their supposed authentic behavior to a model of 'emotional intelligence'--which is their only wisdom. It is not possible to be 'informed about' Christ in truth. Such informing is a false Christ itself: the speech of sin. So long has the false gospel of free will been spoken with its supposed 'ideal model of behavior', and so long has that very gospel been exposed by itself to be a farce that all those who went searching within it have despaired.
But God says as spirit and as life:
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except any one be born anew he cannot see the kingdom of God.
