The On-Going Apostasy in the Presbyterian Church in America
2 Pet 2:1-3 But there were false prophets also among the people, as there shall be also among you false teachers, who shall bring in by the bye destructive heresies, and deny the master that bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction; and many shall follow their dissolute ways, through whom the way of the truth shall be blasphemed. And through covetousness, with well-turned words, will they make merchandise of you: for whom judgment of old is not idle, and their destruction slumbers not.
From it's beginnings, the Presbyterian Church in America
has unwittingly contained within itself a machine of apostacy that continually pumps out 'issue' after 'issue' as a cancer. This machine is the free will lie in the guise of 'diverse opinions' and 'freedom of conscience' and the attempt/lie of containing what has in past times been called Calvinism (but is in truth living Christianity) within a larger rubric of so-called "Reformed" theology. All this was done in a direct grab at 'growth'.(As in the phrase: "We need a reformed witness in that place…" almost as a rule, when you hear the word reformed--they mean a teaching of the free will lie as if it were not a lie.)
What seems to be never understood by true brethren is that the number of 'issues' (a word used by them to intimate a peculiar emergency that must be remedied with all possible speed...) pumped out by this machine is purposeful, in order to get a percentage of them passed so that over time, those who are blatant free willers will have displaced all truth in the Presbyterian Church in America.
Witness the apostacy of the last General Assembly: In its zealousness to have an identical heart with fallen man and to put forth the pretense that men are in charge of the gospel of God, (irrespective of the further pretense that it isn't men who are in charge of the gospel but that they are acting as the body of Christ/ 'tha Church'…)and in an absolute denial of the power of the Word of God and therefore the reality of the new birth in Jesus Christ and in admission that the false gospel they speak is incapable of actually creating anything (and therefore must be contained within the bounds of the 'emotional wisdom' of the fallen human heart), they have "by a well-organized majority" set forth this apostacy as if it were indicative of and came out from within the reality of being a real, literal new creation in Jesus Christ:
"Whereas, the heinous sins attendant with unbiblical forms of servitude-including oppression, racism, exploitation, manstealing, and chattel slavery-stand in opposition to the Gospel; and,
Whereas, the effects of these sins have created and continue to create barriers between brothers and sisters of different races and/or economic spheres; and
Whereas, the aftereffects of these sins continue to be felt in the economic, cultural, and social affairs of the communities in which we live and minister;
We therefore confess our involvement in these sins. As a people, both we and our fathers, have failed to keep the commandments, the statutes, and the laws God has commanded. We therefore publicly repent of our pride, our complacency, and our complicity. Furthermore, we seek the forgiveness of our brothers and sisters for the reticence of our hearts that have constrained us from acting swiftly in this matter.
We will strive, in a manner consistent with the Gospel imperatives, for the encouragement of racial reconciliation, the establishment of urban and minority congregations, and the enhancement of existing ministries of mercy in our cities, among the poor, and across all social, racial, and economic boundaries, to the glory of God. Amen.
(Not in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen..just 'Amen'...)
Heinous Sins? Attendant with? The 'sins' that are referred to are not the speech of sin as a living creature who sets one brother against another in hatred that is then in truth called slavery, but is a mere act, a violation of a supposed code of conduct/model of behavior done by supposedly free willed creatures. The statement itself as a whole is an advertisement to those deceived as themselves that men have free will. While black folk are the supposed obvious targets( I've hurt you're feelings--I'm sorry. Now please join my church and give me your money…), the real target is the other white people whose hearts are just as deceived as their own. (See? We're just as hip and apostate as the PCUSA…)
Watch the language of sin impress its own, the painting of the emotional canvas: There is the required seventeenth century speak which they must have as a legitimizing factor to hearken back and bring to emotional remembrance a time when the Presbyterian Church was real: 'whereas' is juxtaposed to 'chattel', etc... There are other words indicative of real sin couched for no other purpose than emotional impact ('manstealing', 'chattel slavery') next to modern favorite words of the speech of sin: racism, oppression, exploitation to supposedly make the reader cringe in guilt if they don't vote for the 'Overture'. These words are then held forth in order that a pretense may be undertaken to denounce them--with other words.
Causes and effects are held forth--and denounced.
If the purpose of the declaration had been a mere apology to black folk --that would be an invitation to conspiracy between fallen hearts which would be bad enough. It would have been an attempt to make emotional merchandise of black people in the guise of 'Church'. But the intent of the declaration from the beginning was an unequivocal, blatant denouncement of the truth of God and a setting forth of the heinous lie that all men have free will. Contained within this is the straightforward assertion that they are in charge of the gospel of God and have the freedom of speech to speak His truth wherever and whenever they please--else these paragraphs are senseless:

Further, the statement blankets the PCA as racists (as if there any such thing--the whole vocabulary is of the free will lie…) and that purposefully solely on the supposed indictment of the lack of PCA Churches in black neighborhoods and a faster response to a charge of hurt feelings in recent times by the sin of slavery in past times. According to that rubric, all black folk are incapable of being born again as real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ but must forever remain non-regenerate emotional cripples genetically unable to not-nurse feelings of resentment about past wrongs and the answer to this inability is to help them--with words they wanted to hear. Not words that birth them as real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ (though supposedly that is exactly what the authors and voters of this statement have the power to do else the statement itself is worthless…) but with words of delay and words of arrogance.("You don't have the gospel until I come and give it to you. I apologize for my own delay. I'm sure in my absence you were in sin(meaning a wrong code-of-conduct). But I'm here to teach you now, so everything is okay. Good thing for you I noticed you were black. Hell was just a step away…. Refill? Donut? That cake you brought is really good!")Even if what they have accused others of in the guise of accusing themselves were true, where is thankfulness for the discipline of God in all this? Instead they simply put forward a doctrine of free will that implies they are emotionally savvy and intelligent to have granted the black man such words.
To black brethren who are real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ: flee these dogs when they come to your neighborhood with snack food trays, hip music and the false gospel. You are being purposefully targeted by Satan through deceived white people as if you should desire what they have (merely because they are white and you black) --the full attention of Satan and the false gospel of the free will lie. You are being purposefully taught to desire what others have (irrespective of its true danger and worthlessness) and that dis-content is not evil but intelligence. Their attention and 'gospel' is simply the next widget to keep this lesson on-going. To all persons who are not real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ: you must be born again.
Those who voted for this apostacy either through arrogance or intimidation in every way are deceived that schools of opinion are not only not evil and sin as is directly stated by God as spirit and as life, but that such schools are virtuous and honorable and of absolute necessity for a robust life of the heart and mind.
But God says:
Gal 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are fornication, uncleanness, licentiousness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strifes, jealousies, angers, contentions, disputes, schools of opinion, envyings, murders, drunkennesses, revels, and things like these; as to which I tell you beforehand, even as I also have said before, that they who do such things shall not inherit God's kingdom.
It is telling that those who voted for this think they are not 'representatives for' Christ and could not have a 'clean conscience' unless they did and that no one would join their church or listen to their doctrine unless they first held up this kind of lie as emotional dues to the world to be paid in advance of permission to regenerate their neighbor (as if their non-regenerate neighbor could in any way give such permission at all). It further reveals that the regeneration and salvation of another is nothing more than an emotional widget for their own non-regenerate heart. How is it they could be so easily deceived if Christ was in them and they were in the school of prayer rather than a school of opinion or a secret society?
The 'debate' over this apostacy was apostacy itself. Two emotionalisms within the one speech of sin were set up as if they were true aliens of each other, one seeming to champion the cause of the black heart as if it were enfeebled beyond their own and there had been no fall of man at all and the other cast in the role of the oppressing white man hanging on to his stubborn, wounded pride. Back and forth it went(and goes…) within that one speech of sin in the lie of free will. But any debate set up which seems to present to the hearer or witness a choice is the straight-forward free will lie/Arminianism. They knew this and perpetuated it purposefully wrapped in a modern convenience of the word 'racism' and the deception that there is in truth no real, literal new creation in Jesus Christ and no speech which actually creates anything and that the speech of the debate was the only speech possible to be spoken or heard in all of reality. This persists among them to this day most especially in the semenaries.
The overture meter is pegged out already and the 'issues' are streaming in, not to mention the ones held over from the General Assembly in which they were introduced setting up for the next General Assembly. There is a lot of "God's business" to 'decide'. They are even now looking forward to it. ("Nice graphics. Who did the logo this year?" "My brethren in Christ, after a prayerful and emotionally wrenching time of it, I've decided I'm a free willer."(clap on..)) No doubt more lies and witchcraft will be presented in the guise of 'spirited debate' before (guess what?) more free-willisms are carved in stone to much rejoicing and celebration by Satan in them. Perhaps they will be more austere this year. They are, after all, in their own deceived minds and hearts "conservatives". They invite you to eat with them the bread of lies and poison, the bread of their own on-going death.
But God says in His Son:
John 6:51 I am the living bread which has come down out of heaven: if any one shall have eaten of this bread he shall live for ever; but the bread withal which I shall give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
