Pre-Emptive War and/or Enforcement of Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction is Just
Proverbs 28:4,5 They that forsake the law praise the wicked; but such as keep the law contend with them. Evil men understand not judgment; but they that seek Jehovah understand everything.
Pre-emptive war to enforce non-profileration of weapons of mass destruction cannot be based on the perceived or stated intention of those who are deceived in sin as those who are deceived are no guide whatsoever to their own actions. True and just judgment cannot be based on the self-honesty of those who are genuinely deceived.
Prisons are full of persons who to this hour find no flaw in their own actions but think a necessary change of law should be effected to reflect their own outlook on reality. This is widely known and understood by all.
Yet throughout history, when faced with armed conflict against an adversary who has demonstrated heinous atrocities against its own people and who has set itself on a course of destruction for itself and all those around it diplomacy has demonstrated an utter lack of reality as appeasement has substituted for truth. Appeasement is the deceit that those appeased know how to satisfy themselves. The reasoning/wording for such appeasement is always to be found within the bounds of that emotional etiquette of the fallen heart that seeks to make of reality non-reality merely because it is emotionally expediant to do so.
This expediancy is given strength and lethal force by the denial of the Word of God and the necessary new birth in Christ as well as the denial of the reality of the real, literal new creation in Jesus Christ existing as demonstration of the power of the Word of God. In absolute denial of the Word of God and His presence in the world, legitimacy is given to those who are deceived by those who are deceived and spoken through by sin such denial of God that is emotional trade among themselves whether or not they consider each other present adversaries.
The fallacy of such legitimacy and the dependance on other deceived men for honesty regarding their intentions is the pretense that no one is deceived and that all men intuitively know what is right and wrong and share a common 'value system'. That is, even among the deceptions of the world, those who deceived are relied upon as if they were not deceived and their genuine self-examination were true honesty.
In particular, a thief or a murderer who is so deceived in truth is not remorseful over the deeds done through them in sin when caught but only that they have been thwarted from doing more of them. In truth they see nothing wrong with their own behavior but in every way perceive a problem with law enforcement as if law enforcement were the injustice. They are genuinely deceived and have no intention of ever doing anything but whatever is necessary to grant them their next desire. These deceived persons do not suffer from a lack of maturity as fallen men go. They are not retarded or intellectually backward in any way as fallen men go. They are simply fallen men in the midst of being denied through that they are fallen. They are in simple denial of God in Christ and that sin exists at all. With the nicest of smiles and the best of intentions they will rush headlong into war, killing whomsoever is necessary to satisfy their own pride.
In the present situation, Iraq and North Korea are deceived. They are against themselves. They are not fundamentally evil or stupid but simply fallen in sin. The natural outcome of this is the heinous behavior each has done and to this hour continues to do against its own people and will continue to do given the slightest opportunity against their neighbors and all perceived impediments to their own pride and desires. But such is the ignorance and deception of modern 'diplomacy' that it seems a place must be given to this sin as if God did not in truth exist or as if the enemy were so evil there was no hope whatsoever that they could be born again in Jesus Christ.
Suddenly there are terms from sin in the fallen men of asia as to indicate a religiousness that is mere deceit: "The will of heaven" and "the asian mind". These terms are spoken as if legitimate place must be given them as if the men of asia were not fallen but significantly different from all other men such that the terms were necessary to excuse each others deeds and to relect intricacies of human nature unknown to the rest of the world. "Saving face" is also much spoken. But there is no mention of those silent persons killed in the thousands by these very men who through deceit attempt to manufacture for themselves a status out of the air that excuses murder, plunder, rape and starvation of their own people. That is, the people killed are silent. They speak no more of "the asian mind", the "will of heaven" or of "saving face". These pre-fab excuses for murder in the speech of sin are spoken as if all other men were in truth as themselves and would instantly understand and therefore be deceived by the use of these terms.
But those who are real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ have no such pride as they are no longer men but are in truth real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ. They no longer have the deceived heart of the Iraqi or asian mind. Therefore they understand that heart perfectly. It will do anything to feed continuously on emotion again--to include kill everyone around it.
That is, those who are relentlessly driven to do nothing more than use the blessing given by God to those places in the world where His Word is spoken openly as mere direction of fallen desire cannot be depended upon in any way to ascertain the true status of what they will do next with the weapons of mass destruction or even large conventional armies. God grants a blessing to those countries where He speaks His Word and immediately those spoken through by sin to deny the Word of God desire that same blessing as if it were a 'right' of all men merely because it exists, and this in the middle of killing all the Christians they can find.
In particular, nuclear weapons, developed in the United States of America and subsequently stolen by just such persons and later distributed for money around the world, in the hands of persons deceived that any means is justified to gain any blessing their eye sees or their ear hears is a disaster waiting to happen. The United States of America is under no obligation whatsoever to stand by and allow the development of a weapon most in the world wish had never been developed in the hands of deceived men who will use it to grant them their own desires which will know no bounds.
The asian mind will recall it was the "asian mind" that was the occasion for the necessity of developing a protective weapon which that very "asian mind" now wishes to use against who ever opposes its pride.
If fallen deceived men could be counted on to understand themselves and to act so as to never be deceived, of what necessity would the intelligence services be? Intelligence of itself must be of the total reality, not just that part of reality in the minds of the deceived acting as if they were not deceived in sin. If intelligence merely concerns itself with what the deceived person or nation tries to hide from it, even were it to plunder every such secret it has failed to be of profit as the blind have lead those who say they see into wall after wall. Not only so but such intelligence becomes dependent on a lie to exist. At best such intelligence will post-phone war until more lethal means are available by both parties and open war is on-going.
True intelligence will concern itself with total reality and absolute peace in truth before God even for those who are perceived enemies of the present. The gospel of Jesus Christ as birthing real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ builds permanent lasting peace between brothers who formerly thought of each other as strangers if not enemies. Brotherhood is exclusively in Christ. In truth, the Word of God is the only intelligence capable of living and maintaining life in reality as He is what creates reality and there is no degree of separation between Himself and what He creates.
In order to have safety in a world which is fallen and deceived, it is impossible to merely react off of those who are deceived under the deceit of an emotional etiquette.
Who would actually say to anyone in the middle east, asia or anywhere: "Sorry. I'll have to bomb you now that you have done the dirty deed. Perhaps this could have been prevented if we had included the gospel of Jesus Christ as a standard part of our diplomacy in the past. But that might have violated our own lie of what separation of church and state is. We'd rather kill you than admit we ourselves have been deceived. Besides, you would have gotten really mad about the whole thing. So here's a bomb instead. You are sooo evil I'm sure you'd rather be dead than hear the Word of God."
Those who are deceived are no guide whatsoever to their own next action.
Mat 15:14 Leave them alone; they are blind leaders of blind: but if blind lead blind, both will fall into a ditch.
Pre-emptive strikes then against those who would buy or make and use weapons of mass destruction then cannot be based on even the self-honesty of such deceived persons, much less their purposeful attempts at deception. It is just for non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction to be enforced by military means most especially by the United States of America as a Christian nation to stop the use of WMD as means of aggression because the original blessing was given to us as a means of defense and is only now in the non-Christian world because of theft and lies.
God in no way ever depended on men to save themselves but is a pro-active savior, dying even for those who were fallen while they were being denied through that they even needed such salvation. To this very hour deceived men labor in hidden places to develope weapons with which to kill their brothers thinking it is an imperative of pride that they do so. Despite the lies of Satan through his deceived ones in the United States and the west, to stop them is in no way hypocritical to a "model of behavior" of Christ/Christianity as there is no such thing in truth. Satan's lie is always to make it seem real, literal new creations in Jesus Christ cannot have temporal government because the necessary deeds to preserve it automatically damns the soul that does them. But Satan is of course, a liar. Let the Roman Catholics and the other free-willers sweat it.
