FRIED POTATOES AND CARROTS WITH BACON

SERVES 4 to 6

Dora writes: "This has been a favorite in our family for as long as I can remember. I raised three children and it is also a favorite of theirs. Delicious, but not a low fat dish."

INGREDIENTS

Fry bacon,set aside. Cube potatoes, cut carrots into 1/4-inch slices. Fry together in bacon fat until done and slightly browned. Add bacon, heat and serve. This recipe can also be made to taste.
