| GROWING
UP WITH MONSTERS! |
| My
Forgotten Prisoner Story |
| 1974 |
| My Stepfather was in the Navy and in
January of 1974 |
| he and the rest of my family were
transferred to Puerto Rico. |
| Upon our arrival, we found that our
housing wasn't ready yet. |
| (the folks living there hadn't
moved out yet) |
| We were forced to live with a
volunteer Navy family for |
| about two weeks. |
| I was miserable because I was home
sick and I missed |
| my Grandparents so my Mom decided
that she'd buy me |
| something to cheer me up. |
| While at the store I found The Forgotten
Prisoner |
| of
Castel Mare'. |

sight) |

| |
| This was my very first Aurora
Monster Model. |
| Having absolutely NO clue on how to
put this thing together |
| (or paint it) my Stepfather
put the thing together for me. |
| |
| "Hey,
this isn't as much fun as I thought it |
| was going to
be!" |
| |
| The poor Prisoner
was never painted and it was one of |
| the items that was lost in the move
upon our return back |
| to the states two years later. |

| (Sigh) |
