[ The Gneech's Secret Headquarters ]

“It gives me great pleasure indeed to
see the stubbornness of an incorrigible
nonconformist warmly acclaimed.”
         —Albert Einstein

[ The Gneech Speaks! (Big deal.) ]
(Revised July 30th, 1998) Essays on freedom and politics, pop culture, and whatever else I feel like writing about.

[ The Morning Star ]
Current and back issues of The Morning Star, an underground newsletter and antidepressant.

[ Flotsam & Jetsam ]
(NEW! August 6th, 1998) Good essays by People Other Than Me, linked directly to their pages (in a shameless attempt to make my page seem like it has more substance than it really does).

[ Gneech's NetMST Postings 3000 (Twang!) ]
Try some NetMSTing today! It’s fun, and only slightly illegal. On my page, Joel and the Bots take on Bill Clinton’s State of the Union addresses...

[ Full Throttle ]
(New! June 28th, 1998) My page dedicated to the very cool — if very short — LucasArts computer game.

[ The Grumman Goose ]
My page dedicated to the coolest plane in the universe. This site is a must-see for aviators, Tales of the Gold Monkey fans, Parrotheads (you know who you are), or anybody who likes amphibian planes.

[ Gneech's Graphic Arts/Design Page ]
Includes the “Macs vs. Wintel” debate and “Helpful Hyponyms for Griping Graphics Gurus.”

[ Published Writing ]
A page of me shamelessly tooting my own horn. Please look at this page and buy my books! I’ll be your friend if you do... :)

[ What the heck is a Gneech, anyway? ]
A few people have pointed out that in the Spellsinger books, from which my name originated, the creatures are referred to as ‘gneechees,’ not ‘gneeches.’ This is true; however, this is an error on Mr. Foster’s part. The correct spelling is ‘gneech.’ Sorry for the confusion.

[ The Missing Links ]
When you see the page, you’ll understand the name. Has considerably fewer holes than it used to, however.

The Gneech’s New! Improved! World Wide Web Page is a proud member of the Bill of Rights Enforcement movement. Help us restore America to its one-time status as the Land of the Free!

Speaking of the Bill of Rights, find me the passage in the Constitution that empowers the government to require a national ID! What’s next, branding numbers on our arms? Fight the National ID!

A Shameless Plug

Windows Users! Buy your copy of the cool, slick, and totally awesome WordPerfect 8.0 today and help keep the buggy, crash-prone, counter-intuitive, and just plain generally awful MS Office (Boo! Hiss!) from taking over the Word Processing market! This isn’t a paid endorsement, and I don’t work for Corel or anybody who has a stake in WordPerfect’s sales, I just really hate MS Word and really like WordPerfect. I just wish the Mac version was as good!

Since the morning of April 13th, 1996, that makes a total of hits on this site. What does that mean? Danged if I know! Anyway, send me a note if you like this page! :) This page was last updated on August 7th, 1998. If that’s not recent enough for you, you’re welcome to read my Lame Excuse List to find out why I haven’t updated it since then.
