Rooms at the hotel are available for the weekend at a discounted rate ($84.00 per night + 9% tax). Contact Holiday Inn-Ft. Detrick directly at 301-662-5141 to make accommodations and request the group discount.

Preregistration is Required:
To insure sufficient food and drink, we need to provide an accurate headcount to the hotel seven days prior to the event. For that reason, we won’t be able to accept walk-ins.
