he missed a flight he was duty bound to catch. He says he couldn't because he was locked
in a equipment shed. The Lieutenant asks that the first charged be removed and that is
denied. He asks if Curnan made him drink the beer and he says no. The Lieutenant says that
if he was passed out that he would have missed the plane anyway. He says no and the
Lieutenant say how could he have woken up after being drunk and he says because he would
have slept on the plane.

Harm thinks that they should go over the trial and he says he knows he used to be in JAG
but he is a aviator now.
Mac and Bud are eating lunch and she asks what's wrong. Bud says he
probably can't get over the fact that Gunny is replacing Harriet. Mac says what about the

idea tells him to drop his tail hook. Harm pushes the plane on his windshield. It starts
to crack. There is a mountain in front of them. Harm tells Skattes that if they get too
low tell them to eject. They are too low but Skattes tells them not to. They barley make
it over the mountain. They make it over the ocean and they eject. The helicopter rescues
them.
In the debriefing room everyone is congratulating Harm. His squadron
thinks that Harm should have a new call sign worthy of his abilities. They know about his
father and give him a helmet with the call sign Hammer, what his father was called.
The closing arguments are being given. Harm asks if he can talk. The
judge lets him. Harm says that the first charge, unlawful detention, only applies to law
officials, like an MP putting someone in jail for no reason, not for locking someone in a
shed. On the stowaway charge he had a conflicting position as a human being and a Naval
Officer. The judge has heard enough and finds him not guilty of the unlawful detention
charge. On the stowaway charge he is found guilty and will be fined $200 a month for two
months.
The pregnant woman thanks Curnan. Harm says he'll speak to NATO
official to keep her safe. She says NATO will be there for a while. Her fiancée will be
there forever. Harm says that the Lieutenant could launch an investigation into the
procedures, which make this event possible. He says there is no reason and it could take
months and the woman would have to stay on the ship for the length of the investigation.
Harm says by then her baby would have been born and she would be the mother of a American
citizen since US ships are US property, giving her the right to go to America. Harm says
the the Lieutenant might make a god lawyer yet.
The Gunny is giving the Admiral two Limp Bizket tickets. When Bud comes
in a gives him the tickets. Bud says that he bought them online. Bud and Tiner realize
that they were bidding against each other. The Admiral asks how much they paid. Bud says
$300 and Gunny got them for free.

that Harm is getting old and that his real love is for law. He says he should go back to
JAG, but Harm had already made that decision. The Squadron Leader leaves and Harm look at
his plane.
