where the Charlesworth family are pleased to welcome you to a four hundred acre working farm, set in idyllic rural surroundings,
yet still within easy reach of Manchester Airport, the M6, and Crewe rail station; plus, all the attractions and many historic jewels of central Cheshire.
There is a strong tradition of welcoming Bed and Breakfast guests and Caravans to the farm, which has been owned and occupied by the Charlesworth family for several generations.

Navigation directions from J18 M6 to Higher Elms Farm, Cross Lane, Church Minshull, Nr Crewe, Cheshire. CW1 4RG.... 01270 522 252
Leave the motorway at J18 and proceed along the A54 into Middlewich. Pass straight through the traffic lights with the church on your left.
At the end of the short dual carriageway keep left onto the A530 for Nantwich, before passing under a traffic light controlled canal aqueduct.
Then travel for about 3 miles passing over a railway bridge and past the Verdin Arms public house. Take the next right turn (by the monument),
proceed to the end of this short road and again turn right. Go over the canal bridge and turn into the tarmac farm drive on the right just after the bridge. At the fork in the drive, keep to the right and you are there.
