The TORCH TRUST FOR THE BLIND is a UK based registered charity which publishes Christian material in braille, large print, on tape and in moon in many languages for use by blind and partially sighted people.

The Torch Trust also encourages individuals through a UK network of inter-denominational Fellowship Groups such as the Norwich group who produce this site. Most groups meet at least once a month for a wide range of activities including formal services, outings, holiday groups and social events.

Due to better nutrition in this country and the efficiency of the UK NHS, the vast majority of people do not go blind until their later years and the work of the Torch Trust for the Blind is now increasingly overseas. A good network of UK supporters is vital and we would be pleased to send you information.
