THE AUTHOR

I am a forty three year old sighted supporter of the Norwich Torch Fellowship Group and compile this site in my spare time which is limited.

TECHNICAL

This site is best viewed at 800 x 600 resolution.

Each page is designed to download in less than 30 seconds at 28.8 kbs.

The use of frames, too many images and more sophisticated effects has been avoided as they can confuse the access technology such as speech readers used by visually handicapped people to surf the web.

Certain pages are being developed in a reversed format for partially sighted visitors. A link just under the title box will enable this feature.

Constructive comments on the accessibility of this site from visually handicapped people are especially welcome. Please address them to the author by e-mailing torchnch@aol.com. Suggestions as to content and information on helpful links is also welcome.
