TO APPLY:

Complete the application form, and mail the "Return" copy with your $200 NONREFUNDABLE deposit and a credit card number with the expiration date on the application form, (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards are accepted). When filling out the application form, please note that the second class choice is just as important as your first choice. If your first class choice is filled, your deposit will be put towards your second class choice. If you do not have a second choice, your application form and deposit will be sent back to you. We accept credit cards, personal checks, Travelers Checks, or Money Orders, as long as they are drawn on a US bank for the $200 NONREFUNDABLE deposit, but it still must be accompanied by a credit card number. Keep the "Student's Copy" for your records. The entire deposit is applied towards tuition.

The Tracker, Inc. admits students of any gender, race, religion, or ethnic background. We will attempt to accommodate those with disabilities, however, due to the strenuous nature of some activities, not everyone can attend. Please consult with us if you have any questions in this area.

UPON ACCEPTANCE:

Once we receive your application, you will be sent a letter of acceptance (usually within six weeks) that will contain travel instructions, a clothing and equipment list, and general information. Students are to arrive the day the class begins. Lodging will be provided for the duration of the class. Limited tent space is available for more private accommodations. Three meals per day are supplied. Vegetarian meals are also supplied, however, if you have a special/strict diet, please call the school. Arrival time for the Asbury farm is between 2 pm and 6 pm and for the Pine Barrens the arrival time is between 1 pm and 5 pm. Remaining tuition must be PAID IN FULL on the first day of class. The Tracker, Inc., is not responsible for accommodations needed before or after the class. Travel arrangements are the STUDENT'S responsibility.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

The Tracker, Inc. accepts personal checks, Travelers Checks, or Money Orders, as long as they are drawn on a US Bank. We also accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and MAC debit cards (MAC Debit Cards for final payment only.) It is preferred if you are paying with a credit card that you not pay the balance until the first day of class. We will accept Bank Checks from an overseas bank, in US funds, provided they have a US branch. We cannot accept Eurocheques or personal checks drawn from overseas or Canadian banks. Please plan accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Notification of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to the first day of class. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the first day of class, or if you fail to show up without any notification, your credit card will be charged for the entire cost of the class. In this event, your deposit for this class will be forfeited. Only $100 of your $200 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is transferable one time to another class. Unfortunately, we cannot and will not apply your deposit(s) to another student's class(es).
