#10 crochet cotton (or very lite fingering yarn)

size 5 steel crochet hook

Fasteners (2)

Shorts:

ch 28; dc in 4th st from hook; dc in each st across (25 total counting ch-3 as dc here and throughtout) turn

Row 1: ch 3; *2dc in next dc; dc in next dc; repeat from * across (40dc total)turn

Row 2: ch 3; dc in next dc across; join with slst to top of ch-3

Rnd 3: (working in round from this point) ch 3; dc in next dc arnd; join with slst to top of ch-3.

Rnd 4&5:  ch 3; dc in next dc arnd; join with slst to top of ch-3; at end of rnd 5 count over 20dc slst in 20th dc(this forms crotch)

right leg:

rnd 1: ch 3; dc in next dc arnd leg opening join with slst to top of ch-3(20dc total counting ch-3 as 1st dc)

rnd 2: ch 3; dc in next dc arnd join as rnd 1

rnd 3: ch 1: sc in next dc arnd; join with slst to top ch-1 tie off

Repeat steps for second leg: starting in same slst as ch-3 is in right leg rnd 1.

For pants:

follow pattern for shorts thru Right Leg rnd 2.

Right leg rnd 3-21: ch 3; dc in next dc arnd. join with slst to top ch-3

rnd 22: ch 1; sc in next dc arnd; join with slst to top ch-1; tie off

Repeat leg instructions for left leg thru rnd 2 of shorts pattern; then repeat rnds 3-22 of rightleg pants. tie off.

Mini Skirt:

ch 28; dc in 4th st from hook; dc in each st across (25 total counting ch-3 as dc here and throughtout) turn

Row 1: ch 3; *2dc in next dc; dc in next dc; repeat from * across (40dc total)turn

Row 2: ch 3; dc in next dc across; join with slst to top of ch-3

Row 8 & 9:  ch 3; dec dc over next two dc's across ending with dc in last st. turn

Row 10: ch 1: sc in each st across; tie off

Sleeves: attach thread in opening made by ch-6 sp ; ch 3; dc even arnd opening (counting ch-3 as dc=20dc); join to top of ch-3 with slst

rnd 1-4:  ch 3; dc in next dc arnd; join with slst to top ch-3.

rnd 5: ch1, sc in next dc arnd; join with slst to top ch-1.

attach fasteners evenly up back (4 or 5 fasteners)

Strapless Top or Spegetti Strap Top:

starting at waist

ch 25 plus ch2 turn

rnd 1: (ch-2=first hdc); hdc in each st across (total=25hdc) turn

rnd 2: ch 2; had in same sp; * 1 hdc in next hdc, 2 hdc in next hdc; repeat from * across (total=39 hdc) turn

rnd 3-7: ch 2; hdc in next hdc across (39hdc's) turn

rnd 8: ch 2; hdc in next hdc, rep (total 13 hdc's);[ 2 dc in next hdc] x5; 2 sc in next hdc; [2 dc in next hdc] x5; hdc in next hdc (13 hdc's) turn

rnd 9: ch 1; sc in next hdc , rep (total=12sc's); hdc in next dc; [dc in next dc] rep ( total 10 dc's); hdc in next hdc;[ sc in next hdc] rep (total=12 sc's)

edging:

rnd 10: ch 1,[ sc in next sc]rep (total=12 sc's); drop thread; pick up (cream#20wt.); hdc in next hdc; hdc in each dc (10); hdc in each sc (2); hdc in each dc (10); hdc in hdc; drop thread; pick up (#10wt pink) sc in next sc (12). Tie off

rnd 11: attach cream #20wt); ch 2; hdc in each st across.

Note: bodice strapless at this point.  can attach spegetti straps : attach thread at 15th dc in from either side; ch 12; attach with slst to 7th dc from end; tie off. Repeat for second strap counting in from opposite side.

Attach fasteners evenly up back.

Attach  thread to beginning ch (at waist) of top; ch 1; sc across to finish off edge. tie off.
