Our Mission

The mission of Resurrection Lutheran Pre-School is to serve the congregation and the community through a Christ-centered program nurturing the total child emotionally, physically, spiritually and academically.

The School

Resurrection Lutheran Pre-School offers a preschool program for three- and four-year-olds. The three-year-olds meet Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-12:00. The four-year-olds meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00-12:00.

Highly qualified and experienced teachers and associates direct classes at Resurrection Lutheran Pre-School.

The school is licensed by the state of Virginia for Early Childhood Education.

Enrollment

Requirements for enrollment include a completed registration form and a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00. Registration opens February 1 for Resurrection Lutheran Church members, Lutheran church members, and students presently enrolled. Registration opens March 1 for the public.

Children must be three years old on or before September 30 to enter the three-year-old class. Children must be four years old on or before September 30 to enter the four-year-old class.

All children must be toilet trained.

Tuition

Tuition is paid monthly and is due the fifth day of the month, one month in advance. The first and last month's tuition is due in August and is non-refundable. Tuition for the three-year-old class is $80 per month for church members and $85 per month for non-church members. Tuition for the four-year-old class is $115 for church members and $120 for non-church members.

Scholarships

The school has some scholarship funds available to those with a financial need. Please contact the School Board Chairman if assistance is needed.
