For Worship and Education

8:30 SUNDAY WORSHIP

This worship service follows the pattern and traditional order which received its characteristic shape during the first centuries of the Church's existence and was reaffirmed during the Reformation era.  The music of this service centers upon two Lutheran Books of Worship, the green and blue books found in the pew.

11:00 SUNDAY WORSHIP

This worship service follows the pattern of worship from the earliest days of the Church - gathering, word, meal, and sending.  Utilizing the freedom and flexibility in worship which is a Lutheran inheritance, music within this service takes advantage of many contemporary sources. Musical instrumentation goes beyond the human voice and organ to include elements of percussion, string, and wind instrument.

NURSERY

Child care is provided during each morning worship by one adult and high school youth volunteer.

9:45 SUNDAY MORNING CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

Children's Sunday Church School is dynamic here at Resurrection. Bring your child to the sanctuary at 9:45 and you will be directed to the appropriate class. Adult forums are often scheduled at the same time.
