Online Application Instructions Sistahfest's online application gives you the flexibility to register several different ways. You can print this page and mail it to ULOAH along with your payment (cashiers check, money order or credit card info.) or You can copy the application information and the paste it into either a word processing program, or a new email message, and then fill it out on your computer. Then you have the option of printing it out and mailing it to ULOAH, or if you would like to pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard only), just e-mail the application information to ULOAH. (see below for important information on credit card payment by email) Please email us if you need technical help with copying and pasting or printing, or if you'd like the Sistahfest application mailed via US Mail or e-mailed to you as an attached mail document. Credit card payments by e-mail: When submitting your Sistahfest application to us via email, we recommend that you do not include your credit card information with the application in order to safeguard against internet fraud. Once we have received your application information, we will respond to you with instructions on how to safely submit your credit card information.
