Since we had not chosen a pediatrician and our OB/GYN had no referrals to give us for treatment we turned to the internet for some information. We found a very helpful and informative website from the Children's Hospital at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA and discovered a club foot specialist named Dr. Ignacio Ponseti. We believed that his non-surgical method of correcting clubfoot was the best treatment for our daughter and contacted him for a qualified physician in our area (upstate NY). He recommended Dr. David Feldman in New York City. We contacted Dr. Feldman's office and after speaking to his assistant Ella Pasquariello RN we were convinced that the Ponseti method and Dr. Feldman were the best choice for Anna.
