GILDA--Olivia de Haviland gives two fantastically over-the-top performances. Although this movie contains a lot unintentional hilarity, the emotional suspense manages to grip the viewer. -- 3ish PAWS
GRADISCA--Can you imagine Olivia de Haviland having an evil twin? This will be the most laughs you'll get for 2 bucks, two suspects and at least 45 cartons of cigarettes . Go figure. -- 3 PAWS
DOROTHY--This overblown, cliched hilarious, to-the-moon, 40's mystery is a case of mistaken identity but if you need some help just read their necklaces. --- 4 PAWS
CARLOTTA--Great clothes and amusing lines in this campy and quaint film. Olivia de Haviland has played a wide variety of roles, and here she adds two more. If you can't tell who she's portraying by body language and intonation, just look for the large initial pin or the 2-inch letters hanging from the choker. Lots of fun to watch for some of the wrong reasons. -- 3 1/2 PAWS
MAGGIE THE CAT --not present. Excuse: Massage class.
VISITING VIXEN - HOLLY GOLIGHTLY --I marked this as fabulous but that may have been because it was so fun to watch. Incredibly overdone and should be seen with friends. It was also really creepy. Definitely see this. -- 4 PAWS
