HANOI, Jan. 10 (Kyodo) - Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia will hold a second unofficial meeting of their prime ministers in Ho Chi Minh City later this month, Vietnam Foreign Ministry spokesman Phan Thuy Thanh said Thursday.
In the meeting starting on Jan. 26, the three countries will likely discuss cooperation on regional development of the three former French colonies.
The three, which are members of the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), held their first informal summit session in Vientiane in October 1999.
