Which kid is homeless?

AfterShare has expanded to a program that not only serves the homeless,
but serves those in need or at risk of homelessness through Outreach and
Prevention. Excess items donated to the community are shared with those in
need on Tuesday evenings and Sundays. Families in the community come to the
Center to receive food, clothes, household goods and toys.
AfterShare also helps raise money for direct expenses of currently homeless
residents. The AfterShare Fund helps with deposits on housing or utilities
as families move into their own homes.
The founder of AfterShare Kids said in 1998, "I would encourage anyone
to at least try to find a way to heal some kind of hurt in this world. They
would be surprised how easy it can be. I have learned that you don't need
to own much or be wealthy to help people." - Kerri Stephen
