Wal-Mart Employee Abuse

When we started this page a few years ago, we predicted that Wal-Mart's abuse of its employee's would ultimately lead to the customers being abused by the employees. We have watched with interest as the number of customer abuse reports to us increased. Remember, we were not asking for anything but employee abuse reports. However, more and more customer abuse is being brought to our attention. We therefore are going to begin to post some of the customer abuse stories.
As is the case with all abuse, the one being abused will ultimately be made to feel responsible for the abuse. This person will then carry the abuse on to the next level in the pecking order. Thus management abuses employees and employees pass the abuse on to the customers. Probably the abuse is also passed along to the employee's wife and kids.
The posted stories below for both employee abuse and customer abuse are only a small sampling of the stories we receive. The most frightening thing about all of this is that based upon sound psychological principles, we can be sure that the worse cases remain unreported. Only the employees with some self respect left manage to complain. The majority are so down trodden they don't even think of complaining as an option.
When we started this page, we thought that maybe the problem Walmopboy was experiencing was an isolated incident and that with attention the problem might resolve. However, we quickly come to see that "To rape, pillage, burn up, and sweep out!" might well be the Wal-Mart Corp. motto.
Wal-Mart has no feeling for anyone or anything. Even making money is not the objective anymore. Wal-Mart's sole purpose seems to have become "to protect and preserve ourself". It denies all responsibility for anything. It arrogantly maintains that it is right about all.
As an example you would be surprised at how many thousands of customers have been injured by falling merchandise. Yet Wal-Mart violates local codes and continues to stack merchandise dangerously high and unstable, continuing to injure customers (They also deny responsibility for the injury).
