The incidents below are a sampling of those that we have received. As you read them you will begin to see a pattern of abuse and disregard for the welfare of both the employee and customer. There are many reports of disregarded OSHA requirements and in fact if they are brought up you are a "trouble maker". There is pressure to avoid filling out accident reports and if you insist you are a "trouble maker". If you go to a doctor it must be one of "Wal - Marts Quacks". The "approved doctor" won't ever find anything wrong because if he does the referrals dry up. Unless you have lost both legs, three arms and seven eyes, you are immediately cleared for return to work, by the "Wal-Mart Doctor". Any Doctor that says there is a problem, immediately becomes "not an approved doctor". As soon as you return to work you will be harassed in an attempt to make you quit! Management continuously lies to employees about promotions, bonus pay , job changes and anything else that fits their needs, whatever these needs may be. Folks, it is a mess. It may take a union to get it fixed.
