Dino Danelli is a 1997 inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his world renowned drumming with the sixties group, "The Rascals". Danelli has been actively working with MARCIE for the last year toward production of her first major recording. As Santana combined with Rob Thomas just a short while back, Danelli has provided the benefits of his musical experience over the last four decades to a new artist. Together Danelli and MARCIE have created an album that shines forth with the vibe of inter-generational brilliance, sure to reach out to a wide audience.
Danelli's band, The Rascals, were considered second only to the Beatles back in the sixties. Today they remain one of the most popular groups around. Top ten hits including 'Good Lovin', 'Groovin', 'Lonely Too Long', and 'People Got To Be Free' ensured that their music would influence social change, as well as remain timeless. They are still played today on radio, television, videos, etc. Dino's credits, not only as a musician, but also as a music producer, a respected writer, arranger, artist, and talent scout have made him a highly revered member of the music industry. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 and is today sought out by popular artists needing the experience and expertise of his drumming to achieve the exact effect desired before a release of their album.
